Exchange arrangement

Once the order is confirmed, all items are non-refundable.

After the goods arrive, the consignee's representative shall check whether the goods are in complete and good condition and sign for confirmation. If you find that the goods are defective, incomplete, etc., please notify the delivery personnel immediately. Our transportation team will take photos or videos for records. After review and judgment, replacement will be arranged under reasonable circumstances. However, we have the right not to accept damage reported after signing for receipt.

Since furniture materials (solid wood, rattan and other products) are made of natural materials, including but not limited to wood color, tree knots, tree eyes, textures, etc., each piece has unique natural characteristics. We do not accept returns from customers due to the natural characteristics and personal preferences of furniture. For common wood textures, please refer to the following pictures:

And because the boards are all natural wood, sometimes tree knots, tree eyes, mineral lines, etc. may appear in prominent positions and edges of furniture.
If you pursue 100% flawless furniture, solid wood may not be suitable because it is easy to damage and has unique characteristics. (I sincerely recommend, please forgive me for not being too harsh. Because solid wood is just like people, each one is similar but not the same. There may be moles, birthmarks, and uneven skin color.)
